“Very clean public areas and rooms. Convenient to very popular Royal Oak business district.”

“The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location in Royal Oak was great and the room was very clean with two towels for each guest!! Our only problem was that people came in very late at night the first night and made a lot of noise. During the afternoon we wanted to take a rest as we had been up early for the Wayne Sate Graduation, however loud music was playing in the outside lounge area so it made it difficult to rest and no one was even outside. “First off this hotel tells people when you have there that you can pay $100 deposit or give them a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to get a room key which is a joke to me and so you have to pay this in cash and they will not allow you to pay this with a card the Africans at the front desk are very rude and nasty they're very rough around the edges there are people in the lobby sleeping dudes are walking around the building there are people having sex in the stairway this hotel is crazy they……

“Property is very clean - comfortable in a great location . Breakfast was super yummy with. Lot of options . Our check in was amazing and we lucked out with an early check in - I had an appointment for lasik and the gentleman (Alan) remembered and checked on how it went when we checked out . ”
