“I didn’t know what to expect when I booked it. I just knew it was a good price. We were going to see a concert Metallica at Virginia Tech so I didn’t care at the time, but it was a lot less than I thought it would be as far as quality, I thought it would be a little more updated not so Outdated and not comfortable. I was very happy to book the Highlander for the second night. We just left the other night paid for and not used.”

“I had a mix-up on dates for my stay, and reached out to Expedia customer service. After a couple of days, they sent me assurance it had been fixed. I brought that email with me; neither the reception nor the manager had any clue about this fix. Rooms were in high demand being graduation time, but they took care of us.
