“I was in Las Cruces for business, per usual. I need quiet, convenience, and access when I'm in town. This location has all of the above. The host and her team are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. It's the only property/ owner I stay with when in Las Cruces. I feel safe and productive.”

“This house is definitely primarily a rental. There aren’t a lot of comfortable spaces to sit together and relax, but the games, hot tub, pool table, hooky were great to enjoy for our one night here. ”

“This was probably one of our best VRBO stays yet. First and foremost was the cleanliness. The floors were white sock clean. There were lots of decorative knickknacks appropriate for the location and accommodation. They were dust free. The kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans were clean. The towels and bedding were fresh and not wore out. So first impressions we were off to a good start. Next, we were cooking most of our meals, nothing fancy. There were adequate pans and utensils for cooking.……

“My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as listed. It's super cute inside. Loft sleeping area is tight if you are over 5'9" Headspace a bit odd, but may be better if the mattress was turned sideways. We lost power at one point, but the owners were there quickly to reset breaker.”

I can’t say enough positive things; clean, beautiful, a variety of snacks, warm pool even on cooler windy days. A bedroom and plenty of space (and then some) for our family of 4. “Check in was so easy and home was very clean and inviting! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal. The backyard was so enjoyable even though it was early spring and we were there during a dust storm. Location is great with groceries close by. ”

“The property was clean, bright, cheerful, and relatively quiet. It had quirky furniture pairings, a modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The owner even put fresh flowers on the dining table and in the kitchen. In all, it is a nice place to stay. The complaints I have are that the property sits directly on a main town thoroughfare which is dangerous to cross on foot if you are not agile or even slightly disabled. This makes it a bit daunting to walk the otherwise convenient two……
