“We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. When brought to management’s attention, we received no apology or explanation, only a denial and refusal to issue any refund for the downgrade or the incident. Avoid if you value cleanliness and……

“really lovely old style italian propoerty but equipped well. The old style adds to the charm of the propoerty. The outdoor spce a large with many shaded areas and a great pool. The hosts were very welcoming and gave a good introduction. The location is great - walking distance to the local town which is pretty and friendly. Discovered a couple of really lovely restaurants.”
