“The Ibiza resort is fairly close to the city (about 25 kms). We were very excited on reaching there as there is lots of greenery all around. The reception and check-in was fairly efficient. We found the food to be quite good (we took only veg options). So was the breakfast in the morning - good variety and quite tasty). There are lots of outdoor activities, several are free for the guests. Our only problem was with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Winter Green rooms in the Nirvana……

“The room was good at first glance, but soon we realized the maintenance they do is close to zero for the rooms. We were very surprised to see they have flies and mosquitos inside the room. The bathroom vent was not working and faucet was leaking water. Water clogged in bathtub. We kept calling front desk, they said they sent technician who will arrive shortly, but nobody cared to show up for an entire day. I would say the breakfast even seemed pretty standard considering what similar 5-7 star……
