“This place is awesome, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and well kept. Kelly the property owner is very responsive and a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions to help make the week great. We also rented a pontoon boat from the owner and that went very smooth and made the trip perfect. 5 stars all around. Thanks for a great vacation!!”

“The boathouse, lake, and experience were amazing. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes/pots/pans/utensils, along with blender/coffee grinder/coffee pot/microwave. There were cleaning products, and plenty of bed linens. There were books to read, games to play for kids, along with a kayak, paddle board, and canoe for enjoying the water. The lake is peaceful, and clean. We saw deer, turtles, turkeys, snakes, and tons of birds. The home is decorated like a personal art gallery. It is……

“My family and I typically visits the Oxford/Munford area at least once a year, as my husbands family is from the area. Rather than getting a hotel we usually opt for a short term rental so that we can enjoy some family time in the same space.This house was a perfect fit for our needs. The host, Tammie was very thoughtful in making sure everything was neat, clean and accommodating. She also took the extra steps of providing the little extras that made the space feel like home.The patio and yard……

“Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.”

“The house was very clean and is well maintained. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Pretty views of the river and is in a quiet location. My only complaint is that there was only a half a roll of paper towels and only one extra trash bag and we were there for 4 days, not a big deal though. Overall, great place to stay!”
