Everything you need for relaxation

Soak in the sun as you enjoy the water views to Fraser Island from the deck of this bright, comfortable holiday unit. Situated high on Rainbow Beach’s premier street, it is just a 10 minute walk downhill to the main shops, restaurants and the extensive sandy beach.

Upstairs features:
* Master bedroom with king bed & shower ensuite
* Open kitchen, lounge & dining area with air-conditioning
* Kitchen with dishwasher & microwave
* Living area with TV & DVD player
* North east facing balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor seating with ocean views

Downstairs features:
* Three bedrooms with one queen and four single beds
* 1 single bedroom has air conditioning
* Bathroom with shower
* Laundry with top loading washing machine, ironing board & iron

Maximum Occupancy: 8 people
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a port-a-cot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

With all holiday accommodation, you will need to bring your own personal linen (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, towels and bath mats) or these can be hired from our office, just ask us for a quote. Remember to also pack your own essential items such as toiletries, dishwashing powder, etc  for your stay. Port-a-cots can also be hired from our office.

A $25 booking applies to all bookings

Great property in a great location. House could do with some TLC. Security and sliding doors are clunky. Dryer was also broken which was not ideal as we had wet weather.

Nice property, good location

Overall a nice property in a good location. Some minor irritations though. The wi-fi was terrible, connection very intermittent and very slow when it was connecting. Barbecue needs are really good clean. Could not get the oven to work. Yard for the dog had seeds that stuck to her coat. Little things like that create a level of disappointment.

Great for family Rainbow Beach weekend!

Great accommodation for whole family to enjoy a special birthday weekend. Family travelled from Hervey Bay and Sunshine Coast so mid-way location. Lovely ocean views, short walk to Carlo Sand Blow and 5 minutes from the beach and village.

Kick in the teeth

This property was run down, stunk of mould and dead insects. Several maintenance issues that had been cleary left for months. Lights not working, exhaust fans not working. Then got accused of damaging the property by the same cleaners we complained about. Stay clear of this property. Stay clear of rainbow beach realty. Very disappointed, considering we accepted the property for what it was with no complaints,

Home away from home

Our experience was amazing, we enjoyed our holiday home, it had all we needed, was clean, access to everything, didn't need a car if you didn't want or need to drive, could bring our dog and will be coming back. Thank you

The property managers are fantastic.

The property managers at Rainbow Beach Realty are fantastic. Very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them. The house however was a dump. I would not recommend it to anyone.
