“If you are staying in Lake Placid- this Is the place to stay!!! The view over the town and lake were phenomenal!!! Sitting by the firepit with a cocktail and looking over the lake and at the mountains were fabulous! Would stay here 100 times again!”

“The chair in the room was filthy . The bathroom light switch was connected to the fan which sounded like a jet engine every time you went into the bathroom. If you used the bathroom at night you woke up everyone due to the sound . The outlet with coffee pot was not working . Had to move it to another wall . Found bugs inside .”

“Breakfast was okay, I don't like powered eggs. The oatmeal was runny. The coffee was frequently empty. Waffles are fun, bacon was good.”

“The place is super clean and all new! It has two beds, a big TV on the wall, and a nice bathroom. The setup is minimal — no microwave, fridge, table, or chairs. A tiny investment in a small coffee table and basic coffeemaker would make a huge difference, especially since the restaurant opens only at 5 pm. Having fresh coffee in the morning would be really nice. The coffee at the restaurant is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.”
