“We had a group of 10 people, including children and adults. This was a great accomodation to fit us all. We added a tucked away futon to the twin bedroom and two kids slept on the L- shaped couch instead of the pull out sofa because it was quick and easy. Lots of linens and towels were available. Host brought us dish soap when we were running out. The arcade machines were a hit with the kids. The best part of the location is that it's a block or two away from Lake Josephine that doesn't have……

“This home is a very lovely place on a beautiful lake. There are kayaks (which we used) and the place was very cleaned and well-appointed. Some improvements which would make it even better: a ladder on the dock into the lake; the larger bedroom had a circuit issue, and the shower is tiny and doesn't close all the way. Also, the first day we were there we got a call from the manager asking if it was okay if the property owner retrieved some tools from the garage to fix the boathouse door. By……

“The property was as advertised. We had no desire to be downtown so the quiet, remote location was perfect despite some ambient road noise in the mornings and late afternoons. “Quaint cottage right on Lake Josephine. Very welcoming and had all the amenities you need! The best location on the island. 1 mile walk to the store and coffee shop. Restaurant and bar right next door and the golf course is just across the road. Islanders were very friendly and helpful. We rented kayaks from a local that lived just down the street. Only place on the island that we found to get lake equipment. Bring your fishing poles and your swim trunks. There is few great spots for swimming……
