“Hotel staff was very helpful. Tents did not have heater. Bathroom did not run hot water in winter conditions. ”

“It was a rip off The same property which costs 25-30 $ decided to charge 160$ during the festive day with no checkin or city or traffic condition The customer service was good though, the manager and kitchen staff were quiet well cooperative ”

“The property is good. Clean and well maintained but the swimming pool area needs refurbishment .The tents are clean. The major issue we faced was the Dj music noise coming from a nearby wedding place. This property lies close to a party hall, if a party is going on you can say goodbye to a goodnight sleep. The second issue was payment at check out. They want all payment in cash as the card machine was down due to signaling issues and even sent me to a relatives shop in town to make the payment……

“After driving around for 3 hours and phone not answering found a number on google and told resort closed at this time of year. How disgusting to take a booking for something that isn’t there.”

“We absolutely loved this place! We spent one night, did the sunset camel safari, had dinner and breakfast here. The whole experience was like from “the Bachelor” show.. I would definitely recommend this place for couples! The staff was very attentive, making sure we’ve had everything we needed and were happy the whole time! ”

“Service was greaT in that there were many issues that came up but they resolved them with promptly. For example you do not get continuous hot water the tanks are limited. Thus get up early 7am and get hot water first. If need more you need to ask for buckets of hot water they will bring. Furthermore they gave good discounts for Jeep safari and canal ride. Ensure you have your listings of complementary package as any and all camps will try to tel you ohh but it’s really not included. Just have to……
