The Space:
As you walk into your new home you will find a spacious living room and kitchen where you can spend time with friends and family -- whether you want to relax on the couch watching TV or enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the deck next to the fire pit. You will find two bedrooms where you will sleep on two queen beds along with a full bathroom
Once you are ready to explore the charming town of Chapel Hill, you will find an endless variety of stores, restaurants and bars at your fingertips. Only minutes away, you are in a prime location to conveniently explore. Additionally, you will be in a very safe area where you can feel at ease if you are interested in walking. Not only will you be close to everything and anything UNC related, you are also 7 minutes away from Carrboro, which also has many attractions and hosts a number of concerts with many artists and bands.
The well know Franklin St is the center of all university activity in Chapel Hill. It is considered the center of social life for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and it is home to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, music stores and bars. The street in downtown Chapel Hill is notable for its festivities, nightlife, and culture. The stretch of college-oriented businesses continues west into neighboring Carrboro. Both streets are home to small music venues, like the Cat's Cradle and the Carrboro Arts Center, which were influential in the birth of Chapel Hill rock, and Chapel Hill's Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, as well as the Auckland Art Museum.

This is Unit B of a duplex. The entrance to the home will be around the back of the home. You will see two doors and yours will be the one on the left.
Other Things to Note:
There’s absolutely no smoking allowed inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged if the house is left with bad smell from smoking .
