3 of the 5 floors in the elevator had buttons missing. You literally had to put your finger in a hole and hope you don’t get electrocuted. There was cigarette ash in the bathroom on a shelf, so it certainly wasn’t cleaned, and the carpets were sticky. Wallpaper literally stapled to the wall. This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in during my 25 years of travel

PLEASE ! Don’t book this hotel for no reason, this place is unsafe thd front desk gave someone my key without checking their ID. The hotel smells like smoke. The elvetor doesn’t not work. The place is old and needs to br upgraded. I am sure that this place was bought by individuals and they don’t take pride in a clean nice facility. This is a DO NOT STAY property and is not suitable. Elevator was broken, buttons broken out, extremely dirty. Beds were dirtly with food in betwen mattress, stains, appaearnce of bed bugs (others have written on it) and overall unsanitary.

This location is so gross. I have had good experiences with LaQuinta in the past, at similar price points. (Which reminds my I should go leave a *good* review on that one lol) But this is unconscionably bad. Dirty, worn, stained carpet. Damage everywhere. Trash, broken paneling, and missing/broken buttons in the elevator (which “might not be working” I was told). A weird smell in the hallways - Mold? Cigarettes? A fan was running in the vending room, suggesting there had been a leak or water damage. The room had a strong cigarette-adjacent odor. Floor seemed sticky. Bathroom light was burned out. I did NOT spend the night here. Will gladly eat the cost on the non-refundable reservation, not to sleep here. (Though I wouldn’t refuse a refund)

Absolutely terrible place to stay! Upon arrival...we were greeted by people using drugs in the parking lot, broken bottles and needles in the dog walking area, and broke elevators. When getting in the room, we had the smell of drugs which gave my daughter a headache for the 3 days that we were there.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This place should be condemned. It reaks of pot, serves as transitional housing versus a hotel, homeless people sleeping in the stairway after sneaking in through the side doors, no security. They have cameras, but no worker truly has a give a care attitude. All elevators to and/or from 3rd floor were broken. Felt so unsafe and only stayed one of our 3 nights booked. Extremely worried that we are leaving with bed bugs. Encountered filthy people and children, one client with an ankle monitoring bracelet, and others trying to breach the side door. I wish I had read the reviews here before booking and losing all my money. Our 4 day trip got reduced to 1 as with no refund we weren't going to pay for another place and honestly we were too traumatized.

The best thing I can say about our stay was the staff. We were able to switch rooms easily. The elevator doesn’t work so you have to take the stairs. One night we got in a little late and there were guests in their room with the door wide open. The hallways and rooms smell like old cigarettes and dogs. I just expected with the hotel being in a decent area the conditions of the hotel would’ve been better.

Housekeeping left an ozone generator in our room before we checked in. Noticed the room wreaked of cigarettes but paid a lot to be there that weekend so we decided to overlook it .. housekeeping then came to our room maybe 15 minutes after we checked in to grab the machine. At the time we had zero clue what it was, we thought it was just a fan or something but after finding out I wish we would’ve been told it was not something safe to be turned on while in the room.

We stayed here for one night, and honestly, it wasn’t great. The room smelled like smoke, and even though the beds were clean, the carpet and most of the furniture felt pretty dirty and really outdated. There wasn’t even a lock on the bathroom door, which was annoying. The hotel was mostly quiet, but there were a few people arguing loudly in the lobby for about an hour in the evening, which made things feel a bit uncomfortable. There was free breakfast, which is always nice, but the options were pretty limited compared to other La Quintas I’ve stayed at. Overall, it was fine for a quick overnight stop, but I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in the elevator was broken. The carpet was so matted it was sticky the beds look like a crime scene had taken place and they tried to cover it.
