Make your own coffee with in studio espresso or walk to local bakeries - Yellow Dog or Night Kitchen. Get to heart of downtown in 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk. Neighborhood restaurants include Crawford & Son, The Stanbury and hand crafted chocolate Escazu, Sites not to miss: Krispy Kreme: and the Mordecai Historic Park:

Please excuse our neighborhood's projects - It seems the housing boom has hit our little downtown neighborhood which has created several renovation and new construction projects. Great location and neighborhood!
