The 2025 Pool Season is tentatively scheduled to be open May 2, 2025 - September 21, 2025. If your dates are close and the pool is important for you, please reach out to confirm the pool will open on time. We do not give refunds for pool delays or closures. Lost pool fobs will incur a $50 fee.
Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled "Visitor" and found around the neighborhood.
Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.
This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage that you will see listed as a administrative fee on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers you up to $1,500 in damages. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.
We have a trash valet service that will move the cans out on Mondays and place them back on Tuesdays.
