Other Things to Note:

The 2025 Pool Season is tentatively scheduled to be open May 2, 2025 - September 21, 2025. If your dates are close and the pool is important for you, please reach out to confirm the pool will open on time. We do not give refunds for pool delays or closures. Lost pool fobs will incur a $50 fee.

Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled "Visitor" and found around the neighborhood.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.

We have a trash valet service that will move the cans out on Mondays and place them back on Tuesdays.

To maintain our high standards between guests, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. If you anticipate needing extra time on either end, we strongly recommend booking the night before or after your stay to guarantee access.

If you’d like us to block an additional night so you can arrive early or depart later on your original check-in/check-out day, we may be able to offer that for a fee of up to 50% off that night’s rate. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
