Shares driveway of Main house, which is a separate rental property. The fenced in backyard is separate from the backyard of the main house. Access instructions will be provided to you the day before you arrive.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. There are 3 Durham locations with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and more. All the information will be provided for you in the welcome manual when you arrive.

Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.
