“This property was more then we could have imagined. It was a beautiful and quite place to stay and my adult children we excited when the cows would come around every morning and evening. The game room was well used during our trip and gave everyone something fun to enjoy during our stay. Think this is the only property we have been at where the tv was hardly used while we were there. Was nice to enjoy time together without that background noise. We would definitely stay here again when visiting……

“Very pleased with the house. Only problems that were observed (wash out of driveway at street and stairs to front door with no rails) were being corrected by a handyman as we were at the home. The check -in was complicated by an incorrect code. After calling the owner, it was corrected and no more problems occurred. Overall, a very nice stay was had by all in this house.”

“Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned. “I love this house. It was my second stay in it with my two small dogs. The owner always has everything ready for your stay. The house is located in a safe historical area of Ponca City. It is convenient to everything. The house has is large enough for a small family. It has a nice game/TV room. The owner is always quick to respond to any questions you might have. “My husband and I traveled to Stillwater, Oklahoma to see The Boys from Oklahoma at Boone Pickens Stadium. From the moment the concert was announced, hotels and VRBOs skyrocketed in cost. This property was further away than I really wanted to stay, but it was not marked up the way we noticed other places were/there was no price gouging happening. Our hosts were communicative and the space was just as advertised. Thank you, John and Felicia!”
