“Two issues: Trouble trying to find the selected channels on the TV. Guide says one thing, enter the channel numbers what shows up is not as expected. Frustrating trying to find something without scrolling through the channels. TV needs replacing Pixels are burnt out ”

“The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again. The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been……

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
