“Stayed here twice. Helpful staff, great food and clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed in the suite both times and it was really nice. Will be staying there again for sure.”

2. Only a small window to outside world, which is blocked 50% by AC unit. Hence room is dark.
3. Dark room is breeding lot of musketoes
4. No hot water.
5. No elevator. Had to carry heavy baggage up 2 floors.”

The second star is for AC (AC was working).
The approach road is not good. (can be ignored)
But the bathroom was not clean.
The room is OK.
It is not recommended for aliens to India.

I’m surprised that Expedia is not making sure the pictures of the properties listed on the site don’t match the rooms and the hotel. ”
“I booked it for my in-laws for 2 days here and my in-laws went there was no parking space and could not find parking at anywhere close to the property at 11:30 pm night and they were asked to park on the main road. We requested to cancel the booking as we can not park but it was not allowed as it seems parking availability is mentioned in the hotel description which is very hard to notice. We have not been paid any refund for the 2 days booking here.”
