“Hotels in a good location. Food was excellent. Room had no window. Only one power point in the room. WiFi was variable and needed to be reactivated every time you went out. ”

“Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email.”

“Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors……

“The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. Overall very poor ”

“No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.”

“On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad.……

“The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. ”

“The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.”
