"We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com ..."

"Very nice little apartment for a couple of nights in Ohakune. The room and amenities were super clean and the staff were really friendly. Our only drawback was that the bed was a bit soft for our liking, but you can't please everyone all the time."

"Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple."

"This was an fantastic option for our family with school aged children. The setting was quiet. We enjoyed star gazing while sitting in the he outdoor bath, the cosy fireplace, well appointed kitchen bathroom were excellent. The boardgame selection was excellent.We wished we'd stayed longer"

Lovely spacious house
"It was a comfortable, sunny and warm. We didn’t need the fire but there was plenty of wood for colder times. Spacious kitchen and the recent refurbishment has been tastefully done."
