“Hotel was clean and well located and very reasonably priced for the room. Parking was a little expensive but overall very happy with our stay at this hotel considering most other hotels in downtown San Diego are significantly more expensive. We would stay here again. ”

“This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. ”

“Great location on the bay with balcony to enjoy sunrise. Only 2 blocks from the pacific boardwalk. Comfortable accommodations for sleeping.( A few small details could have improved the experience. Kitchen disposal jammed, shower leaked on floor a bit, bathroom sink fills up and doesn’t drain properly, toilet paper roll slides off holder onto floor.) As parking is not included it is suggested to street park on Mission Blvd. The paid public parking lot is exorbitantly expensive- However! We found……

“We absolutely loved this place. The aesthetic, the location, the extras (chips, salsa, margaritas, the bikes, the beach stuff), and the ease and kindness of the hosts. The shower was a huge hit! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect size room and location for our 3 night stay. Close to a variety of coffee shops and restaurants. Was a little nervous about the pull out couch, but it and the pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around. Hosts were very responsiveness. The trees have grown, so no ocean view from the balconey, but very nice none the less.”

“The house was nice and clean and the perfect size! It is walking distance from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of good places to check out in the area. He communicated check in/check out information very well with us. We had the best time celebrating the new year in San Diego! ”

“The ocean is a block away. Restaurants in the neighborhood are abundant. People are very friendly. This is a vacation paradise. Kitchen is small but perfect for a quick breakfast. Has a sink, beverage frig, microwave and toaster oven. perfect for quick”

“So close to the ocean…listened to the waves as we fell asleep. Very quiet but also close to the action. We appreciated the early delivery of access instructions and the place was clean upon arrival. Exactly what we needed for a 5 day stay!”

“We walked into this cottage and immediately noticed how clean it was! Great location - VERY short drive to the San Diego Zoo, several beaches, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to a small park! Most importantly, we felt safe- very kind neighbors. Friendly dogs everywhere we went, and we can't forget to mention the neighborhood kitty, Oliver, that my daughter fell in love with! Thank you for helping make this first family trip of ours such a great experience!”
