“Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. “What an amazing hotel! I came at the recommendation of friends and now I know why they were so insistent. “The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. “My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. After 2 other stops at B&Bs (in Derry and Bushmills) we knew we would be on our own for breakfast - there were small groceries nearby and the kitchen was very well-appointment for cooking! “Séjour merveilleux ,accueil ,installation ,décoration ,confort,petit déjeuner ,tout était parfait ,nous y retournerons dès que possible .”

“Thought the room was dark and cosy and it good condition. The bed was VERY big and very comfy. Shower was a bit weak but very warm. I thought the included breakfast was brilliant! You can pick from the restaurant breakfast menu and we had what ever drinks we wanted included! Only small gripe is that you can tell downstairs that it’s a bar in the evening because lots of things are a bit rough around the edges. It’s a perfect stay for music/shows at the Empire or if you are drinking in the area.……
