“We stayed here for 2 days. We travelled from Virginia to vermont for a Graduation. The house is warm and inviting as soon as you walk in. It was immaculate and had all the instructions for the house readily available . He has a awesome story and photo album of the back ground to his home. Would definitely stay again. ”

“I had an amazing time in the sun drenched cozy cottage!Thank you!”

“This unit is located on the second floor of an old carriage house. Great location, butting up against the Billiings Farm Museum, surrounded by two very old and nice homes, and not far from downtown Woodstock. Easy communication with the owner and manager. Very quiet area! Only problem was there is no tv. Be sure to bring your laptop or some books! ”

“The cottage was wonderful, and very comfortable and clean!”

“Fine place for one or two people. Small, but if you just need a place to crash it's perfect.”

“This cottage is in a lovely, private spot. It was perfect for me to work while my husband attended the King Arthur Flour Baking School artesian bread baking class. We had one issue with the refrigerator losing power, we rigged up an extension cord to another outlet and had no further issues. Informed the management company via text, they did not send anyone to fix the faulty outlet but we did fine for our stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! There was lots of good hiking all around and even on the property. We enjoyed sitting by the river. The host was very helpful with an issue we had.”

“The property is in a beautifully secluded area that surrounds you with nature. The house is spacious but cozy at the same time. Vacasa makes the entire process easy. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Highest praise for this place and the hosts. The larger property and the cabin itself are beautifully kept and everything in the listing is as pictured - comfy and nicely decorated and with all the basics for one or two people…but better than pictured because of the amazing setting on the edge of the woods next to a brook. It was perfect to be in the coziness of the house with that huge picture window, bringing the outdoors in with you. I also sat on the porch, all wrapped up, and listened to……

“This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️”
