“Lovely little cottage on a lifestyle block. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals. Modern stovetop and oven an added bonus. Loved the decor and the deck protected you from the summer sun.Rod would periodically check in to see if we needed anything, like extra towels. “Overall the property was fantastic. Everything was clean, everything worked in the home. The only A/C unit is on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. When we arrived all of the curtains were open and no windows were open. The upstairs was over 27*C. It took several hours with windows open to cool the property. If you're not staying in the middle of summer, or if heat doesn't bother you this wouldn't be an issue for you. I would stay here again.”

“Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.”
