The hotel itself was fine, our room didn’t feel very clean and the comforters were covered in stains which left us feeling icky. Breakfast was light but fine (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, bagels/toast, waffle maker, mini donuts), and check-in/check-out was easy. The location was good for seeing different parks and sites around rapid city. The staff is what made up for everything here! Our first night we were kept up by noise from a neighboring unit, which was not the hotels fault at all, but the noise was very loud (we could clearly hear it through our earplugs) and it continued past 3am. My partner finally went to complain, and Donald immediately took action. The next day, Katie and Derek helped us move rooms since the noisy neighbors were staying another night. We are so thankful for Donald, Katie and Derek because thanks to their help, the second night we got a full nights rest and it completely changed the tone of our stay! Thank you all for your help!

The staff here is terrific. We have stayed here 3 times now. We enjoy the spot. One way in and out is wonderful. There is no unnecessary parking lot activity. The pool is wonderful climate controled area with wonderful seating. My son and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The breakfast nook is well cared for and does have eggs potatoes and sausage with other breakfast staples. A hotel priced great in a wonderful spot. We enjoy our time here. Thank you all. Wonderful care keep it up.

Clean room, friendly staff. Simple lodging that had everything i needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good. I came in by air so didn't have a car. Restaurants within walking distance were fair.

It is a bit difficult to get to if you don't know the street. No out let one way in and out was very secure. I appreciate the staff and cleaning crew. Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful pool area and plenty of pool towels. Outisde seating areas very nice. Close to hospital and other health facilities. Room was clean and very good condition. The tv. Was in and out with wifi issues, and that i did not even care about we were enjoying other amenities. We will stay again. Excellent job all! Keep up the good work. See you all again soon.

The staff was rude. I took my kids to rapid city for the weekend, we went swimming and were kicked out for my kids being “naked” when they were literally in their swimsuits and they never told us why they were kicking us out until the next day, they just said “closing the pool early” the rooms smelt really bad and the staff guy was so rude to me and my children. I don’t recommend this place to anybody trying to enjoy an outing with their family.
