Renovated 5 bedroom house in Rapid City

Just bought. The house has been updated kitchen. Other parts of the house have been updated as well. Brand new furniture and pictures have been put up and it is available now! This house will be close to everything at its centrally-located place in Rapid City. It is within 15 minutes of Bear County, Reptile Garden, Watiki Water Park and 30 minutes from Mt Rushmore. Send a direct message if you have any questions!

Let this be your home away from home, right here in the heart of Rapid City. Only 15 minutes from the airport, it is couple blocks away from the historic and charming downtown area. There you can walk to find delicious dining options, shopping centers and awide varity of facsinating museums. Also, there is a coffee shop right next door to the house that can make you a delicious latte and a breakfast bagel in the morning!!!

- Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis within 40 minutes
- Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse in 30 mins
- A little over an hour to the Badlands National Park
- WaTiki Water Park and The Reptile Garden are within 15 minutes

- This spacious home sleeps 12 comfortably with the option to double up in the
double bed(Bunk Bed Room) for up to 13 guests
- Cuddle up and watch a movie in the downstairs where the sofa converts into
a bed

Overall, a nice and well kept property - older home with just cosmetic fixes. Would have been nice to know there was parking in the back upon arrival as the house is on a pretty busy Main Street and our 2 vehicles barely fit in the driveway. Yard had some debris, outside garbages were full when we got there but luckily, it was trash day and we took them out to be emptied. Kind of a rough neighborhood but never felt unsafe. Would go back again.

Great base for Black Hill activities

The verbo was perfect for our needs. We needed a place big enough for three different families where during the day we could go on adventures and in the evening have a place we could all hang out, relax, play cards, make food and sleep.The basement was perfect for the older kids to hang out! Everything in the kitchen works great. Location is within 20 minutes of Black Hills attractions. The house is on a busy street, but scooters is right next door. Parking in the alley was preferred. Downtown was fun and is about a mile away, could walk if you wanted to. Only complaint was there was not enough paper towels and TP for our group. We did use the washer and dryer for towels as well.

Loved the home, we had plenty of space for our group of 9, 4 of which were all under the age of 9. The basement was perfect for them to hang out at night and while we cooked upstairs. The location was great, about a 10-minute drive to all the attractions we wanted to see in Rapid City, and about a 30-minute drive to Keystone and Mount Rushmore. The road in front of the home was pretty busy, but there was parking provided at the back of the house, which was much more convenient. Everything was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any emails.

Older home in Rapid City

Overall, the house was pretty much as advertised. Our rating is based on a couple of things. First, we did not understand the house is located on a very busy city street with lots of street noise. The house is an older home and has had some renovations made to it. So, there are the usual issues you might have with an older home. Our trip to Rapid City and the surrounding attractions was one of the best trips we have had.

Good house

The only issue we had was that when we arrived, we weren’t able to get in or contact the owner when we checked in even when we did notify them that we would be arriving late at night. Once we were able to contact the owner to let us in, they were very responsive. We had an issue with the WiFi password and we were able to resolve it quickly. Overall, it was a good place to stay!
