“Well unfortunately we did not get to stay because 4 hours before we were suppose to check in she messaged and told us our reservation had been cancelled due to “cleaning”. And told us our money wouldn’t be refunded for another 15 days. Definitely a vacation let down.”

“In room 214 the phone did not work: a call to the front desk was not heard from me, I could hear her, she could not hear me. Had to walk down. There was human hair(?) in the corners below the coat rack. There was a sagging ceiling tile above the door, weakened by a long ago-dried up leak. The sink drain ran so slow that brushing ones teeth was time consuming. No grab bars in the shower.”

“We had a wonderful time. The hotel and staff are great! We loved Carlos at the front desk! Tell him we are the people with the rental car from Idaho but my husband thought it was from Florida!
