“We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions! We can't wait to return!!!! ”

“Overall, house was comfortable and had good amenities (appliances were convenient to have). Neighborhood was quiet. Location was great (close to everything). Host also charged a reasonable price for pets (we had a small dog with us). Highly recommend!”

“My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft……

“Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. ”

“We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy……

“The place is beautiful. The owners were very helpful when we had some issues getting the dishwasher going. My daughter got ready with all her bridesmaids here before her wedding. There was lots of space and lots of beautiful spots for perfect pictures. The only real downfall was the temperature inside. Our visit was in February. It was hard to heat the place up because of the tall ceilings and open concept. The thermostat also seemed to readjust every 2 hours back down to 60 degrees, which for……
