“ It is good”

“4 day 3 nights. check in Room 301 at day 1, reception is polite and nice. Room condition OK since it is a cheap hotel. but at night and morning, quite noisy. The parking is ok on first night only, the other 2 nights is difficult to park. Many trucks park there. We have a big argue to the service on day 2 about the TV and we finally changed to room 808, better room and quieter. However the experience is too bad and we probably will not go again.”

“優點： 1. 房間內有獨立流理臺非常棒。 2. 離地鐵站走路約10分鐘，還算近。路上有兩間超商，很方便(1間7-11，1間全家)。在飯店對面的全家比較小間，東西要齊全一點的話建議走遠一點點到地鐵站附近的7-11。缺點： 1. 到飯店的路上，道路都比較小條，但車子不少，所以行走有點危險，晚上行走須注意安全。加上路上排水溝是無加蓋的V字形，如果拖著行李箱應該會很不好走。有帶行李箱的建議自行斟酌是否選擇入住該飯店。 2. Check in時，被告知沒有我預定的房型(兩人房一張雙人床)，因此被換到同人數的不同房型(兩人房兩張單人床)。訂單控管上需再加強。 3. 衛浴備品沒有牙刷牙膏。補充：入住時會收取訂金，退房時檢查OK後會全額退還。”

“價格算便宜但離最近的MRT拉行李箱的話要10-15分鐘，距離不近外行經路線的路面非常不平，對於有大型行李箱的遊客非常吃力且危險（道路很窄離車很近）。另外扣分的是房間的沙發及廁所都沒有清潔，很多陳年汙垢坐在沙發上感覺皮膚會發癢。”

“I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The location is convenient, close Sutisan Mrt and restaurants, markets making it easy to explore that area. My room was simple but clean and equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning and a comfy bed, The staff were friendly and helpful, overall, for the price. Nicha Residence is a great value for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I'd definitely recommend it!”

"one of the best location staying in BKK, easy to reach BTS/ MTR (and connect to the Airport Link Train), downstair is a big shopping mall hotel room is big and with a very big window to enjoy the view of BKK downtown, good services with a nice swimming pool"
