Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). And yet - - kitchen equipment was short of expectations with a lack of functional knives and dysfunctional coffee making equipment. Some persistence required to get a response to identified issues. - tho clean looking, the floor and carpet in the living areas were in dire need of thorough cleaning -……
