“My daughter and I travelled to Albany for a concert in nearby Saratoga Springs. This spot was a great home base for our trip. It's in a wonderful little area across from a large park and easily accessible to the downtown. ”

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All……

The pool house was NEXT level! Our children and grandchildren were in that pool all day. The outdoor kitchen was magazine beautiful. “What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We kayaked every morning and evening, the provided kayaks were wonderful. There is plenty to explore on the 350 acre lake, saw bald eagles every day right near……

“We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. It was easy to work out with her ahead of time that the property could accommodate us. We had an absolute blast at this property. The pool / patio / screened in porch area is an ideal hang……
