“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The property was secure and well lite. We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything……

“This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. “Such a cool experience to stay on a yacht! Captain Dave was very responsive. The coffee pot was unusable so he promptly went out and bought a brand new which was most appreciated. I was surprised that you couldn't feel the movement (rocking) of the yacht at all. I would highly recommend staying on Southern Comfort!”

“This unit was exactly as described and perfect for two people. A great location, only a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and well kept up. We had a couple of questions at check in and our contact person answered this right away. The only drawback was the tv, it was streaming only. We usually like to have our morning coffee while we watch the news and couldn’t do that. Would definitely book this property again.”
