“We loved everything about this stay and the area ”

“This was a perfect place for us to stay for 2 nights while the guys completed the GAP and C&O Towpath bike ride from Pittsburgh to DC. We enjoyed the country setting and the spacious deck and appreciated that we were still close to things we wanted to do in the Cumberland area. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and as shown in the photos from the listing. We did not make much use of the kitchen facilities, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Having access to laundry……

“One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! The home was as described, generous amenities, well stocked, kitchen. Cleanliness is important to us-5 star rating! Great location with good restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the super clean hot tub too! Highly recommending to neighbors and friends. Hated to leave. Thanks for a wonderful time. Chris C.”

“We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities. We also enjoyed a fire out in the beautiful fire pit! The house was plenty spacious for our family trip (8 adults and 2 kids)Kathy was very prompt to respond to any……

“The stay was fabulous!! Having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators 2stoves2coffeemakers! Brilliant!!We had plenty of space to cook for seventeen guests! The communal spaces were comfy and condusive for the games we played. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit!”
