“The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location in Royal Oak was great and the room was very clean with two towels for each guest!! Our only problem was that people came in very late at night the first night and made a lot of noise. “This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. “Our group of 4 chose this property for the first time to stay at and attend the Detroit Lions game. The property is excellent! Clean, safe neighbourhood, 15 mins from Ford Field and close to many liquor stores, 7-11’s and dispensary’s. There’s a great little breakfast diner close by called Mama’s as well, amazing breakfast. The house is awesome, exactly what we needed and has a very cool finished basement as well! The owners were very cool and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this……
