“The condo is very close to the park entrance yet far enough from busy roads to be very quiet. The small swimming pool was great for cooling off after hiking. ”

“Wish we could’ve stayed longer ”

“Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street.”

“We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues. ”

“Great location. Beaver Meadows entrance to the park is about 10 min drive. EP Brewery & Hive restaurant visible from the balcony, 2 minutes walk, great beer & food !Condo is very practical, beds comfy. Kitchen had everything necessary, we were mostly making coffee in the morning & then gone most of the day… back from the hikes in the park & out again walking around town. Great vacation! RMNP is beautiful, awesome hiking trails, we saw elks, turkeys, moose every single day :)”

“We spent 5 days at this loft. Excellent location, clean unit and lots of adventures from this great base camp.”

“Property was as listed. Close to RMNP entrance. Easy walk to shops and places to eat. The parking was a bit funky but that was in part to how the first person to park there parked their vehicle. We parked in the town lot right across the street with no problems ( we did display the parking placard that was provided)”

“We had a wonderful stay here — the location cannot be beat! You’re close to town — but still along side the river. The cleanliness of the VRBO was perfect- we had everything we needed and then some. They maximized the organization perfectly for the size of the space. Will definitely be back. Great communication with manager. Thank you for wonderful memories.”

“This is an excellent place in an extraordinary location. The river below is beautiful from the large balcony. The hand-carved wood furniture is impressive. We had everything we needed, plus a gift basket with hot chocolate to mix after a long day of fun. ”
