“We came to this property for one night on our way back to Melbourne with our 2 kids (5 and 1 year old), and we found it absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had 2 bedrooms and a spa room, and the kids loved the cottage and the property with all the birds and playground and so much to see. Such a great alternative to staying in a random motel room with kids. A bit out of town, which we loved, but also the Kalimna pub at the end of the street was perfect for a pub meal before tucking back……

“This was my fourth stay at Anchorage and it’s my “Go To” in Lakes. Older style self-contained units but well maintained, clean and have everything you want and always at great value compared to other places nearby. Excellent location just off Myer St so easy walk to shops, restaurants and the footbridge to the beach.
Paul the host is great at communication and I turned up late on a cold night to find a welcome light on and the heating on ready for me. Already have my next stay here booked”

“Loved that the Cabin had everything that we needed during our stay we asked for an early checkin which we were provided.
Only negative in our stay was that on our fridge it stated that Unit 9 had a free Wifi service but when i rang up i was told there was no free Wifi. So we had to both use our mobile phone data which we both

“We had a lovely time here. Beautiful maintained property with a heated pool and very nice games room. Also a tennis/bball court and a playground.
The accommodation itself was so nice with lots of space for us all. Beds were comfortable and had most things we needed there fir us to use. Thanks for a great weekend :)”

“The house is very new, the facilities are complete well, we can find all the kitchen ware for cooking, also we can spa and swimming, and play game in the game room. The host is enthusiastic and helpful. He was gave prawns when we arrived and small gifts to the children when we leave.
Shopping and fishing are very convenient around as well.
We had a very pleasant holiday and will come back……

“Perfect location for a family trip away (hubbie, me and our dog). Our dog loved the garden and found all the sunny spots to relax in! The garden was secure for him to explore. All our needs were catered for & we were very comfortable in the house. Excellent pasta from the Little Red Bucket just up the road highly recommended. Central location to get to all the surrounding places. We had a lovely stay thank you. ”
