“This was our family’s first exploration of the Potsdam area. Beth’s Place had great access to the four colleges in the area (all of which we visited), the locks at Massena, and a wonderful hike in Colton. So much to see in the area! The weather didn’t cooperate for us to kayak in April, but the views on the river were exquisite, especially from our private hot tub. “Follow a gps and it will take you right to the Cabin on the River. The hundreds of geese flying into the river was a real treat. Just beautiful to see. We brought my 91 year old Mother who enjoyed this cozy spot. We would love to come back again and bring our teenage grandkids for fly fishing. ”

“This was such a great getaway. Hosts were fantastic. Recommended Jake’s on the lake for dinner - couldn’t have been happier. Our accommodations were incredible - many subtle touches that made our stay that much better. The outside space is terrific and the screened-in back room was awesome.
