My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting family. I was really impressed with our first moments on the property. I tend to judge hotels pretty quickly. Our room was on a corner near an alternative entrance/exit door. It was super convenient however, we constantly heard the door slamming shut. Also, our room (albeit clean) had a musty smell. It was very clean and comfortable though. A couple nights into our stay; while out, the housekeeping staff tended to our room. When I came back, clean towels were thrown on the back of the toilet and the tp was sitting on the towel rack. I’m sure it was an oversight and wasn’t a big deal but I did request fresh towels and they came quickly.
The best things that stood out was, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the common areas were really clean and tidy. I also really loved the gym. It was very clean, updated equipment, lots of choices for activities. Lastly, I did some laundry and it was very convenient and the laundry facilities were great. We would stay again.
