“We came to San Sebastián from Japan for our honeymoon. During our three-day stay, we felt completely at ease thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. The front desk had multilingual staff fluent in five languages, so we had no worries about communication. “It was an incredible stay! Very comfortable bed, clean and roomy, and even pretty quiet being right next to the elevator. The only issue for us personally was the amount of air freshener used in the lobby/hotel. Unfortunately, we are allergic to perfumes/air fresheners, so even with a slight exposure, we had headaches, sore throats and irritated eyes. The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.”
