“這是一家很新的飯店，可能剛開不久，住宿價格不高。這是我第一次在hotels.com上出現和櫃台不符合的狀況，我不是訂最便宜的，而且是附早餐，email給我的回應也清清楚楚附早餐，但我們吃到一半時，櫃檯卻來告訴我，我不能吃早餐，當下我也吃不下去了，退房時我拿著我預訂資料和mail給我的確認，櫃檯堅持她收到的價格是無附早餐，況且那價格也不是我訂的低價，那位櫃檯堅持從我的押金裡扣$300，只歸還$700泰銖，我很冷靜的告訴櫃檯$300泰銖並不多，但我一定會申訴，並且給予不佳的評論，那小姐即刻打電話給長官，長官決定不收取。退還我押金$1000泰銖。除了這不愉快的糾紛，我對飯店一切感覺都不錯，是CP 值高的飯店，希望下位住宿一定要確認，否則整個心情都受影響，小姐退我押金臉色也難看，這是否這飯店唯一的敗筆。”

“Its secondtime i decide to stay here in Nirvana. Primarily because the rooms are largely with bathtub, staff are always very kind & politely. Everyday the offer to cleaning the room, who i do value too. The prices for room/stay/services i can only recommend it. I travel Thailand for 10+y. I will come back here again.”

“Stayed there with my family in August. We've got a whole house for ourselves right next to the pool. The room is cozy and clean. I appreciate that each house is separated from the outside by plants, privacy is secured. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast is nice. The restaurant provides a good variety of western/ Thai food with good quality. The beach is right across the road. Sea activities available ten mins away. Recommended.”

"I had a delightful wedding anniversary stay here. Apple at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile, and the bell boys in the lobby greeted us with a friendly "welcome" every time we returned. We booked a North Wing Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to handle my work needs, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic. The balcony offered stunning views of both the sea and the beautiful pool area. The pool was absolutely amazing, with a fun float area for kids—lots of children were having a blast. The breakfast selection was average but covered all the essentials. The gym, however, had several facilities that were out of service. This is a historic hotel, so it’s not fair to compare it to newer properties. Given its price point, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby."
