“I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. “I am giving the listing accuracy a four star as the listing was a bit misleading, but the location and value are incredible, so overall its still a 5 star! Note that the coffee area is a common area, as well as the seating areas on the decks, this is a house built into a hotel, multiple suites on each floor. It can be a little creaky and noisy, but the AC was just the right amount of gray noise to ensure a good sleep. They key features are location and value. This house is central to everything……

“Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed.
