"Very pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast looked good- eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, pastry, cold cereal, juice. Coffee from a machine was fair. Gentleman at front desk was friendly. Property shows some wear, but would be easy to resolve/touch up in the off season. ..."

"Nice cabin. Unfortunately Dish TV was out due to storms prior to our arrival but owners made contact & within a few days was fixed. No ice maker in fridge. Plenty of space for our family of 6. ACL amenities was appreciated! Visited Chestnut Mountain Resort (20 miles) & walked Main St in Galena, IL. ..."

Lovely Quiet Remote Home
"There was enough room for my large family to sleep and eat. It was very private and quiet as there are only cornfields and trees surrounding the property. The host was very helpful and friendly. There was not a swing set as pictured, but the kids had fun playing in the loft."
