We stopped here very late & last minute on a road trip. The front desk was waiting for us & was very courteous for a middle of the night check-in. Our room was perfect! One king & 2 queens was just right for my husband & I with our 2 teenage daughters. The only 2 suggestions that we have are: better lighting in the bathroom & the outlet in the bathroom was so low to the counter top that you could not plug in a big (hair dryer) plug & smaller plug at the same time. With 3 girls trying to do their hair, that was a challenge. But everything else was great!

Price was good for this hotel. But it wasn’t a hotel. It was a motel. It was very, very noisy with a train going by in traffic constantly going plus very noisy people walking by on the street so it was difficult to get a good night sleep. I would say it’s an average to low level motel

Everything is good except two things: 1. The carpet is not clean. There are dark spots on the carpet. The carpet should be deep cleaned before guests move in. 2. The arms of the chair at the desk is worn out. For the price per night, the property should provide me a newer chair.

Excellent value for the money. Kevin greeted us with great smile that stayed with us throughout the stay. No breakfast option but unlimited coffee and protein bars to snack on. Great place to stay for a shastha trip.

Gentlemen that checked us in could not of been more friendly and helpful. Property has been undergoing renovations and the efforts really show. Rooms freshly redone. Bed is sure comfortable. They were very nice at check-in. They texted me prior to our arrival to verify our reservation and requested our ETA. The room was spacious and well-appointed. They had a nice variety of complimentary teas and coffee, along with snacks and bottled water. It was a great place for our quick overnight.

The rooms and bathrooms are updated and spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. I like that they supply great size towels that aren’t white!! There is a great patio area with cornhole and a fire pit with comfy chairs to eat outside or for visiting. The parking is plentiful and the location is awesome with lots of convenient places to eat so close to downtown.

Great place to spend the night for our stop in Redding! The staff texted a couple of times to confirm our arrival and get an ETA. We arrived after 10:30pm and the friendly host helped with a mix up with our reservation. We appreciated the water and granola bars in the lobby. For a quick breakfast, we walked across the street to Downtown Grounds- another great find!

Staff is super nice and helpful. I have lots of questions and visit them multiple times during our 3nights stay. We met different staffs in the front desk and they are same friendly and get my answers. I think they want to keep the old style neon sign and you may feel it is an old motel?! Then you are totally wrong including me. I was referred by my friend who stayed there before. Then I just tried. The whole environment is so nice and in style. It is much better then the old hotel with new make up only. I can see they renew the whole hotel complex with style. It is really a surprise for me. It is much better choice than the brand name hotels, except the most expensive one. I highly recommend! Thanks for the while hotel team provide q very nice stay for us.
