Food left in fridge from previous(?) guest. When I asked front desk to correct- it wasn't. I had to throw out the food myself. No toilet paper holder, holes in wall where toilet paper holder used to be. Roll of tp on toilet tank. Is this my first apartment with bad roommates? Holes in door around the security bolt of the connecting door to the next room. doesn't feel too safe. I leaned the ironing board against that door as a "pre-alert" if it was opened. NO WIFI. Is this the 21st century? First night, 12 tv channels (not any standard channels and.......see above- is this the 21st century?). Second night, no tv channels at all!! The pool was a greenish-looking thing. Maybe they are refurbishing. The hotel shares a parking lot with a busy restaurant/bar/entertainment place. When I came back to my room from visiting my friend's house, I had to park very far away from my room. They had rules that locals could not rent rooms. They asked for a $100 security deposit. Seriously? I left the room cleaner than I found it. I really wonder what the hell am I paying for? I almost never write a review but............My overall review would be: I would not stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not a low budget option- it is just LOW BUDGET. I would tell people to save a couple more bucks and stay at a Motel 6. Cleaner and better ambiance.

Not to bad if you are on a budget, our room floors were absolutely filthy.. walked in socks and they were black after. When we first got in for a 3 day say we had about 5 tv channels that came in poorly. The last night we lost tv altogether.. made for a long evening. Will not return unfortunately

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were musty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Additionally, one of the windows in our room was broken. The overall cleanliness was disgustingly poor. The state of the parking lot was equally unacceptable. It contained three broken mini-fridges, a broken television, and an old, cracked, and broken vending machine. Your advertisement mentioned a pool; however, it appeared to have been out of commission for a significant amount of time and was surrounded by trash. Furthermore, we were only provided with two towels per room. When I requested extra towels, I was informed that none were available. I then asked for pool towels, noting that there seemed to be a supply despite the pool being unusable, but this request was also denied. As a result, I was forced to find a Walmart to purchase additional towels for my family and me so we could take another shower. While I could provide further details of our negative experience, I believe the points mentioned above clearly illustrate the unacceptable conditions.

I have stayed at this hotel four times before. Every time the room is clean, comfortable, and enough pillows. However, although this time room 105 was clean, comfortable, and enough pillows, the TV was not working properly and could not be fixed. The sink and bathtub drains were blocked.

Convenient location for exploring downtown Redding and local attractions and restaurants. Can't beat the price! The room amenities were fair. Our TV did not play all of the channels listed and had white static/noise on those that did. The bathroom was fairly clean, but a little small.
