My stay at the hotel would of been fine if they didnt charge my card twice for my stay i really didn't want to deal with that headache during my trip and the nat problem was so bad at night they infested my room while i was gone they must of made they're way in the room because the weather strip was worm down in the door way they must of seen the light through the crack and that must of drew them into my room there was so many of them i couldn't sleep for awhile it made me so itchy i ended up switching room besides all that my stay was fine

The price was right for the area and the general condition was very good. But the TV was too small for the room and the volume could not be increased enough to hear it from the bed which was the only spot available for viewing. My browser would not allow internet connection over security issues. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Rooms are basic but clean.Hot breakfast is also basic but good enough to start the day and the dining area is clean and spacious. But the one thing that really stood out for us was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We checked in late around 10pm, we were tired from a very long drive, and there were 2 groups of people also checking in before us, the lady at the front desk was fast & efficient and yet was very welcoming as she chatted a bit with each group while doing the check-ins. I think her name is Sunny and it set the tone for our stay. Area is quiet, there’s not much around within the immediate vicinity, but we stayed in this hotel to explore Redding and Shasta area and I think it’s pretty good location. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

I was given a room and the toilet was not working. Then I was given a different room, as soon as we walked in it smelled like smoke and the smoke detector alarm was covered with plastic. The bed also was covered in hair. I would not recommend.

The property was decent overall for the price. Price was in like some Motel 6 and others so better in terms of quality comparatively. Lots of little things that need fix. Towels and Rags were all stained. Definitely need to buy new towels and stuff. Floor seem like it was not swept or housekeeping went in there as the refrigerator was also not cleaned out there was a receipt left and old ice bucket with melted ice left in there as well. Spiders were in the bathroom one even hanging down the bathtub. Although I like my water hot, the water was just way too hot that I had to practically put it on the cold setting. Other than that room is modern and neat but definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned and needs new towels. Also Hotel the walls are very thin I was able to hear my neighbors and out side all the people and cars

the bathtub had a hump in the middle. I felt like I might fall while showering. Also, there were a lot of ants in the shower. Disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room. On a positive note, Sunny at the front desk was delightful.

The property was clean and seemed very safe. Breakfast was pretty standard - waffles, eggs, bagel, cereal. Although the hotel accepts pets, they had pet free rooms; great for an allergy sufferer. However some inconsiderate guests brought their yappy dogs to breakfast; that pissed me off, but at least I was able to sit away from them. Overall, it was a great value for our stay.

First time staying in Redding. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to nearby shopping/dining and local places of attraction. Room had a small kitchenette, which made it very convenient to eat within a strict meal plan/diet. Onsite breakfast was also made available to guests. Staff was incredibly nice and quick to respond to any inquiries.

1. This is basic lodging, but done right. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient parking on the property and steps away. 2. The included breakfast was superior. Warm eggs and sausage were available, and enough other options to satisfy most people. 3. What sets this hotel apart -- WAY apart -- is the reception staff. At evening check-in, the woman was downright friendly and personable. In the morning, the at the reception desk was equally nice and communicative. To be specific - they each smiled, listened, responded, excelled at friendly, kind, HUMAN communications. Without neglecting their job responsibilities, at all. Indeed, I'm pretty sure the number responsibility of all of us, is to be kind and friendly to each other. Any one who's dealt with sullen, sour, silent service by people who (by their behavior) scream that they hate their jobs and their customers, knows what i mean.
