“What makes any place feel special is the people—and all our exchanges with the staff here were wonderful and respectful throughout our stay. I tend to run cold and always need extra blankets, and they provided as many as I needed without making me feel uncomfortable about it. Just that alone, gets a 5 star from me. Beds were comfortable. “The first room we had, the bathroom fan was not working properly- the staff immediately switched our room for us. The 2nd room was nice, however the desk chair was broken. They advertised a continental breakfast but when I went over to get coffee at 7am, the front door was locked and another guest had already rang the bell and no one came. ”

I have travelled extensive for business and pleasure (including working for global airlines) and I have never seen something that could appear as a "motel" as you drive by be something as nicely renovated as this. Large, spacious, clean and quiet rooms with thoughtful touches. Really well done. I have been visiting Willits for many years to see family and would always go back here. Thank you again! ”
