“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”

“All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable. Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.”

“A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee.
