“We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help……

“We truly enjoyed our trip to Branson. The accommodations were very good. The one thing we were not happy with is that BOTH of the hot tubs were without jets. This is the only pool activity the grownups wanted to partake in. ”

“We would definitely stay in Bldg 7, unit 102 ABC again! Only problem was that none of the ice makers in the unit worked. Otherwise. The units were as described. I was less than satisfied with the property office. Not accepting US Dollars is unacceptable as it is America's legal tender!! Even the restaurant didnt accept it. That alone would be the thing that would make me never come back again!”

“Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in.……

“This was perfect for my husband and I for long weekend. Comfortable bed, great water pressure and hot water! The waffle bar was a nice touch! We had trouble using the coffee pot with the K cup insert so had to use the provided coffee instead, which my husband wasn’t a fan of but he drank it. The restaurant across the street had good food and a nice salad bar. The restaurant on the docks at the marina had amazing food for a bar and grill and we listened to live music there. The marina didn’t……

“Lots of room! Two things I would say is the floors needed a good sweep/mop and there was quite a few spiders that we had to kill. Loved the layout and handicap roll in shower! I would stay again!”
