“We loved the house, but noticed in other reviews just minor things that could be better including sliding door is very hard to close and lock. Dog hair on outdoor furniture. Backyard garden was very overgrown and in need of maintenance. We had to duck under small trees to walk on the path and the grass needed whipper snippering. The master bed was incredibly comfortable but the leather fabric was flaking on the bed and it’s well passed it’s used by date. ”

“This is a really spacious house in a central location in Marysville. We were two families and fitted in easily. The house is across the road from the skate park and BMX jumps and a short walk to a little playground, and less than 10 minutes walk to the adventure playground. The house is not fenced but the balcony is fenced on the front side, so you have a short amount of time to catch small children making a dash for the road (better than if it was straight out a door onto the road). “Our family had a fabulous weekend away staying here…it was a quiet, tranquil and spacious house with a fantastic secure garden for our dogs to play without worry of them escaping! The only negative would be that there were areas that could have done with a really good clean but on the whole we would return!”
