“I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. “This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. They were so gracious, just amazing! If you are planning to visit Modena Italy, Stay here at Orfeo's House. 10 out of 10”

Super weak water supply freezing me out

"Good location. An old hotel with acceptable beds and toilet. What frustrating me most is the super week shower water supply. It took me ages to finish a shower, its not fun when the weather is cold. I approached front desk for room change but it was fully booked. If you have a choice, do not live on the 4th floor. "
